Nimesh is a Registered Physiotherapist, he completed his Bachelor Degree and has been working in different facilities over 10years. Additionally he has done fitness and health promotion programs and has worked with athletes. Working with baseball and hockey players too.

Nimesh has a various treatment approach as he uses more manual therapy and involves clients in active rehab and exercise therapy. He is certified in Dry needling, Spinal manipulation and has completed a Vestibular Rehab Course.

Throughout these years Nimesh really enjoys his job, social interactions and being able to help individuals has been an added bonus. His interest in living a healthy life comes from his belief in movements and exercise.

His expertise is in Orthopedics & sports injuries and has special interest in treating cervical and lumbar spinal injuries.
